How can we help?

Answers to what owners ask most. If yours is not here, write to the Neexaa team at the bottom of the page.

Getting started

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You pick a template, write your words, add pictures and publish. Everything is a form or a drag-and-drop builder; nothing needs a developer.

How long does it take to launch a site?

Minutes. Sign up, confirm your email, choose a template, and your site is live on a Neexaa address straight away. Fill it in at your own pace; you can unpublish it while you work and show visitors a coming-soon page.

What are the templates?

Business, Portfolio, Restaurant or café, Blog, Event, Personal and Shop. Each comes with pages, a layout and a look, and every piece can be changed afterwards.

Can I change the template later?

You can change everything a template gave you: pages, blocks, colours, fonts and menus. Starting again from another template means creating a new site, which is free.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free gives you one website on a Neexaa address with one article, five pictures, and the full theme and motion system. Paid plans add your own domain, more content, forms, notifications, languages, AI and the shop.

Plans and billing

What do the plans include?

Free: one site on a Neexaa address. Starter (USD 99 a month): one site with your own domain, 10 articles, 100 pictures, 100 files, contact forms, email notifications and nine languages. Business (USD 199 a month): up to two sites with their own domains, unlimited content and the shop. Neexaa AI (USD 299 a month): everything in Business for up to three sites, plus the AI Builder and every AI feature. The full table is in the Neexaa guide.

How do I pay?

By KNET, Visa or Mastercard on a secure payment page, or with PayPal. The plan switches the moment the payment is confirmed and runs for one month, or for a year if you chose yearly billing.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes: a year costs ten months, so two months are free. Switch the toggle to Yearly on the Upgrade screen; the period then ends a year later and you get the same reminder before it does.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, for plans. Choose “Pay with PayPal” on the Upgrade screen; you approve the payment on PayPal and come straight back. In your shop, PayPal is offered to your customers when the shop's currency is one PayPal accepts, such as USD, EUR or GBP; PayPal does not settle in KWD.

Does it renew automatically?

Only if you ask it to. Tick “Save my card and renew automatically” when you pay by Visa or Mastercard (KNET cards cannot be saved): three days before the period ends we charge the saved card, email you a receipt, and the plan carries on. If the charge fails we tell you and try again the next two days. You can switch auto-renew off or remove the card on the Upgrade screen at any time. Without a saved card you get a reminder three days before the end and renew by hand.

What happens when my plan ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your site stays online with all its content; new additions follow the Free plan's limits until you renew, and everything comes back the moment you do.

Can I get a refund?

Write to us within seven days of a payment and we will sort it out.

Can I have several sites on one account?

Yes: one on Free or Starter, two on Business, three on Neexaa AI. Each site has its own plan, team and domain.

Your own domain

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on every paid plan. Open the Domain tool, type your domain, and add two records at your registrar exactly as the screen shows. The certificate is issued for you within a couple of minutes and www redirects.

Do I need to buy the domain from you?

No. Buy it anywhere (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, a local registrar) and point it at Neexaa. We do not sell domains.

I added the records and nothing happens.

DNS changes take from a few minutes to an hour. Click Check DNS on the Domain screen; it tells you what your domain currently points at. If you are stuck, the same screen has a link to ask us to set it up for you.

Is HTTPS included?

Always. Every site, on a Neexaa address or your own domain, is served over HTTPS with a certificate that renews itself.

Does my old Neexaa address still work?

Yes, both work. Search engines are told your own domain is the main one.

Content and design

How do I edit a page?

Open the site and click Edit at the bottom right, or open Pages in the dashboard. The builder shows the page beside the block list; changes appear as you type, and nothing goes live until you publish.

Can I schedule publishing?

Yes: pages, layouts, articles, galleries and files can all be published at a date and time. You get an email when it happens, each time or as a daily digest.

What if I break something?

The builder keeps a history of published layouts; restore any earlier one with a click, and that restore can itself be undone. Drafts never touch the live page.

Can I change colours and fonts?

The Theme screen has an accent colour, twelve colour schemes, six font pairings, corner styles, backgrounds and pictures, and a whole motion system with presets, all with a live preview.

Will my site work on phones?

Every template and every block is built for phones first. The header becomes a side drawer, pictures are sized for the screen, and the shop and reader work with touch.

How many languages can my site have?

Nine: English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Dutch, German and Portuguese, on every paid plan. Translate what you like; anything left untranslated shows in the default language. Arabic flips the layout, and on an Arabic page the cart, checkout, order pages, the reader and the customer's emails are in Arabic too.

What is the AI assistance?

On Neexaa AI, a writing panel in every editor to draft, rewrite, shorten or translate, summaries for articles, alt text for pictures, and product listings drafted from photos. It only suggests; you accept, edit or ignore.

What does the Neexaa AI plan add?

Everything in Business, up to three sites, and the AI Builder. Describe your business in a few sentences and it proposes your whole site: pages, headlines, copy, a tagline and a look, a few articles, and for a shop a first set of product listings, placing pictures from your media library where their titles fit. You read the plan and click Apply; every word stays editable. In the builder, the ✨ AI page button changes any page from plain words, for example “add a FAQ about delivery” or “translate this page to Arabic”, as an unsaved change you can undo, save or publish.

Forms and messages

Can visitors contact me through the site?

On every paid plan, build your own forms with any fields and place them on any page. Submissions are kept in your dashboard and emailed to addresses you choose; replying to that email answers the sender.

How is spam handled?

Hidden traps and rate limits catch bots without captchas, so real visitors never solve puzzles.

The shop

Can I sell on my site?

On Business and Neexaa AI. Add products with pictures, prices and stock; the shop appears on your site with a cart and checkout. Customers pay by KNET, card or PayPal, or cash on delivery.

Can I sell PDFs, e-books or other files?

Yes. A digital product is a file kept private until the order is paid. PDFs open in a reader on your site that remembers where the customer stopped; other files download. You can switch downloads off.

How do I get paid?

Online payments are collected through SWAP Payments and settled to you. Cash orders are marked paid by your team when the money arrives.

Can I offer discount codes?

Yes: a percentage or an amount off, free shipping, a minimum order, a use limit and dates. Customers type the code in the cart or at checkout.

Can my staff handle orders without seeing the rest of the site?

Yes. Invite them as an order handler (orders only) or a shop manager (products, orders, customers, coupons and settings). Editors see content only.

Do customers need an account?

No passwords. A customer signs in with a one-day email link to see their orders and files. Your customers belong to your site only.

Can I see how the shop is doing?

Insights shows revenue, orders, best sellers, the path from visit to order, payment methods and coupon performance, and a summary is emailed every Monday.

Terms and privacy

Where are the terms and the privacy policy?

In the footer of every Neexaa page: Terms and Privacy. They explain the agreement between you and Neexaa, what data the platform keeps about owners, visitors and shop customers, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.

Who is responsible for my customers' data?

You are, as the seller; Neexaa stores and processes it for you. Customers should ask the shop about corrections or deletion, and we help either way. Card details never reach the shop or Neexaa; they go straight to the payment partner.

Team and security

Can others help me run the site?

Invite anyone by email and give them a role: owner, editor, shop manager or order handler. Change or remove them any time.

Can I protect my account?

Yes: two-step sign-in with any authenticator app, backup codes, and remembered devices. Forgot your password? The sign-in page sends a reset link.

Who can see my data?

Your team, according to their roles, and the platform's administrators for support. Analytics store no cookies and nothing personal about your visitors.

Can I export my content?

Yes. Each site's Settings screen has Export everything: one ZIP with pages, articles, galleries, files, forms and messages, products, orders, customers, coupons, every picture and file, and all translations. Articles, galleries, files, orders and customers also export separately from their own screens.

How do I delete my account?

On the Account screen, type your email under Delete my account. The sites only you own go behind a coming-soon page immediately; thirty days later the account is closed and those sites are taken offline. Sign in again during the thirty days and the deletion is cancelled. Sites you share with another owner stay with them.
